FIND REST, RELAXATION & FUN AT ONE OF THE THREE POOLS!
Briarwood offers access to three pools and a jacuzzi for your enjoyment. Visit our West Gate/Nina Lane pool located at the entrance to the Community, or the Sussex Lane pool situated to the south of the Clubhouse surrounded by Sussex Lane, Rosehedge Lane, Surrey Lane and Middlesex Lane and the central gathering splash spot where the Jacuzzi is located is at the Community Center pool located in the center of Briarwood!

AN ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS
Our large Clubhouse/Community Center features a Billiard Room, Ping Pong tables, a large Dining Room with stage, a Living Room with large screen TV and fireplace, along with a full kitchen and Patio area with barbecue grills. As a Resident, you can find rest, relaxation, and family fun in one place! (2 guests allowed per Unit) - unless renting in the Clubhouse)
BILLIARDS & MORE
TAKE GAME NIGHT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Experience our Billiards room, which features four pool tables for experts and beginners alike. Prior to COVID there was a community Game Night Every Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse. We hope it will be able to resume in the near future.
Also, feel free to use our well-stocked Library - Located on the 2nd Floor of the Clubhouse!
